h: you can't see them but they're right there. h: we have driven all the way to jumeirah beach h: to go to the beach! in our jeans. l: yea, in our jeans. l: this wasn't planned h: to go to the beach! in our jeans. l: yea, in our jeans. h: we wanted to do some sightseeing. we wanted to go find something different that we haven't been to in dubai and i ideally, i wanted to go find flags on kite beach but we couldn't
find the flags on kite beach because we drove in the opposite direction and it took us so long to get to kite beach that we're not going to go back to kite beach to find the flags. instead we're just going to... leon: wander. h: ...wander along the beach and get some footage and see what we can find h: so the two things i wanted to take a picture of the flags at the kite beach
and the weird pillar things that i think are h: palm trees like really old palm trees. i'm not sure what they are but they look really cool. i found them i don't know how to get there. this beach is really nice i've never been to the beach in dubai before. but in bahrain, out beaches are pretty bad and it's pretty depressing and here there are real waves and it looks amazing and it's

h: which i was like, 'what why?' h: that is very bizarre, please don't do that. but it really h: saved us.. because you really need something savoury h: after you have so much sweet. we shared a h: full stake of plain pancakes with maple syrup and i h: wanted to try this cinnamon pancake h: which i didn't actually really like h: i thought it would be more like a cinnabun h: but i couldn't taste any cinnamon. we mostly finished everything
