hi, i'm cheryl anderson, here at the mikebender golf academy, and i'm in a tough situation. i'm downwind, i have a good lie though; buti have very little green to work with. the pin is about 8 feet on the green; i have nochoice but to hit a flop shot. this is the last resort; you want to go to a low, mediumor high shot before you attempt the flop. but since i have no choice, this is what ihave to do. to hit a flop shot, you've got

Dubai Creek Golf, to open up your club face as much as you can,and then put your grip on. make sure you get the handle really low, and a lot of flex inyour knees. you want to get low to the ground, because that helps your swing path to be shallower;and the shallower it is, the higher you'll hit the ball.probably the most important thing after the
setup is staying super relaxed in your armsand your wrists; you want to have a lot of wrist action. i had a lesson last week, theman had no re-hinge, so i told him to literally feel like he's hitting his head with the clubhead, and it worked great. so here we go; i'm going to set up with my open club face, hands low, knees flexed, and i'm going to have a lot of wrist hinge and super relaxedarms. again, my weight is always on that left side, and just kind of toss it right up there.so there i go; i almost hit myself in the head, and the ball went super high. so goodluck with that flop.
